A follow up to an EP that was a success in its own right (‘Somewhere In Between’ which is still available), ‘So Rewind’ is the excellent new single from folk-pop specialists Narrow Plains.
A trio of very talented musicians, their sound fits perfectly into the nu-folk genre that’s so popular at the moment thanks to artists such as Laura Marling and others of that ilk. The track above is a single that could be a huge splash if it came from a better known source, but Narrow Plains aren’t afraid to work their way to the top the hard way – producing consistent, good music that will find a following.
Based in London, the band have played at some of the city’s top venues and further afield too. Winning new fans as they go. And if you’re anything like me, and you’ve listened to the track above, then you’ll be a new fan too.
